Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons MuscleEgg organic/plain egg whites
- 1 tablespoon onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon tomato (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon milk of choice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- pinch pepper
