Step 1

| Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin tin (12) with paper cups or non stick spray. Set aside. |

| Add dry ingredients (coconut flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder) to a small bowl. Whisk well to combine. |

| In a large bowl or stand mixer beat eggs, milk, extracts, melted coconut oil, nut butter and sweetener together until light and fluffy. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix well until combined. |

| Divide and add batter to prepared pan. Add coconut flakes to tops of muffins. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean with a few crumbs attached. Cool for 5 minutes then immediately transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling. |
