Ingredients

  • 1lb top sirloin (cut into 1/2" strips)
  • 1 Medium onion (sliced thin)
  • 1 Large green bell pepper (sliced thin)
  • 1 Large red bell pepper (sliced thin)
  • 1 Large yellow bell pepper (sliced thin)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 cloves garlic (roughly chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400F degrees. Lightly coat a sheet pan with non stick spray.
Step 2
Toss the onions, peppers, and beef with the cumin, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper on sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
Step 3
Bake for 25 minutes until vegetables are softened and steak is cooked to your liking. Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve over riced cauliflower, with vegetables, or corn tortillas.
