Ingredients
- 1lb top sirloin (cut into 1/2" strips)
- 1 Medium onion (sliced thin)
- 1 Large green bell pepper (sliced thin)
- 1 Large red bell pepper (sliced thin)
- 1 Large yellow bell pepper (sliced thin)
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 cloves garlic (roughly chopped)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

| Preheat your oven to 400F degrees. Lightly coat a sheet pan with non stick spray. | |

| Toss the onions, peppers, and beef with the cumin, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper on sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. | |

| Bake for 25 minutes until vegetables are softened and steak is cooked to your liking. Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve over riced cauliflower, with vegetables, or corn tortillas. | |
