S’Mores Brookies
Ingredients
- 1 box Kodiak Cakes 'Big Bear Brownie' Mix
- 1 box Kodiak Cakes 'Bear Country' Cookie Mix
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 2 sheets graham crackers
- 1 cup butter
- 3 Large whole eggs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 2 sheets graham crackers
- 1/3 cup mini marshmallows
Directions
Step 1 | |
Preheat oven to 350° and coat a 9x12 baking dish with non stick spray or coconut oil. | |

Make brownie batter and cookie dough in separate bowls according to instructions on box. | |
Step 3 | |
Pour brownie batter into pan first, then add cookie dough. Spread evenly. Bake for 45-50 minutes until edges of cookie are golden brown and center is set. Remove from oven and let cool. | |
Step 4 | |
Prepare topping by adding chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small bowl. Place in microwave in 20 second increments until melted. Drizzle on top of 'brookies', then sprinkle on mini marshmallows and crumbled graham crackers. |
