Ingredients
- 12oz 0% Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 16oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
- 2 scoops Trutein Lemon Meringue Pie Protein
- 2 Large whole eggs
- 1/4 cup Strawberry MuscleEgg egg whites
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 60 drops Lemon Drop Sweet Leaf Stevia
- 1 cup strawberries (blended and divided into 1/2 cup portions))
- 40 drops Berry Sweet Leaf Stevia
- 1 scoop Lemon Cake Halo Top ice cream
Directions
Step 1

| Preheat oven to 325 degrees and coat a pie tin or spring form pan with non stick spray. |
Step 2

| Place all ingredients (EXCEPT strawberries and Berry stevia) in the bowl of a stand mixer. Using your whip attachment, set mixer to low and begin beating ingredients together. Increase speed to medium-high and mix until very smooth. I whip mine for at least 2-3 minutes. |
Step 3

| Pour batter into prepared pan. Set aside. |
Step 4

| Blend strawberries and Berry Sweet Leaf Stevia using a small food processor. |
Step 5
|
| Using 1/2 cup of the strawberry mixture, place tablespoons in random spots around/on top of cheesecake mixture. Use a knife and create swirls on top. |
Step 6

| Bake for 50-60 minutes until top shows small cracks, cheesecake has slightly pulled away from the sides of the pan, and center appears soft but not completely set. Do NOT over bake, it is better to be slightly under than over. |
Step 7
|
| Pour remaining strawberry mixture on cheesecake or per serving when completely cooled. |
