Strawberry Protein Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Strawberry MuscleEgg egg whites
- 2 tablespoons milk of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 6 Medium strawberries (chopped)
- 4 medium slices Nature's Harvest Light whole wheat bread
- 3 teaspoons coconut sugar
Directions
Step 1

| Combine egg whites, milk, vanilla protein powder, and vanilla extract in a deep shallow bowl. Stir in chopped strawberries. Cut bread into 1" cubes. Submerge bread in egg mixture and let soak for 3-5 minutes. Coat 2 ramekins with non stick spray. |
Step 2

| Divide mixture into ramekins and sprinkle with coconut sugar. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tops are firm and golden brown. |
Step 3

| Serve warm with ice cream. |
