Step 1

| In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, parsley, worcestershire sauce, 1/2 chopped garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are well distributed. Form into 4 equal sized patties. |

Step 2

| Preheat a pan under medium heat and brown well on each side. Patties do not have to be fully cooked at this point. Remove from pan and set aside. |

| Add butter, olive oil, and sherry wine vinegar to the pan. Add onions, mushrooms, and remaining garlic. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until tender. Add beef stock to pan and deglaze. Scrape any bits off the bottom of pan and stir. |

Step 4

| Stir in heavy cream and sour cream into pan. Add patties back into pan and cook uncovered for 10-12 minutes until beef is cooked through and sauce has thickened. Garnish with additional fresh parcel if desired. |
