Ingredients
- 4 Tribali Mediterranean Style Beef Patties
- 6oz Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup shredded cucumber
- 2 teaspoons finely minced garlic
- 1 heaped tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- pinch pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- pinch pepper
- 4 pita pockets
- greens or lettuce of choice
Directions

Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste. Set aside. | |

Combine cucumber salsa in medium sized bowl. Stir to combine. Adjust seasoning to taste. Set aside. | |

Preheat a grill pan and coat with non stick spray or olive oil. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through. | |

Assemble pita's by adding greens, chopped Tribali patties, and cucumber salsa. Top with tzatziki sauce and garnish with fresh mint if desired. |
