Triple Chocolate Flax Crackers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole flax seeds
  • 1 cup chocolate MuscleEgg egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon stevia or sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1
Add flax seed, egg whites, and sweetener to a large bowl. Stir well, cover, and let sit for at least 4-5 hours or even over night.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 325° and line a baking sheet with a silpat or parchment paper.
Step 3
Remove cover, add chocolate chips, and gently stir mixture together. Place onto prepared baking sheet. Flatten out to slightly less than 1/4" thickness. The thicker it bakes, the longer cooking time will be needed.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, then flip over (it will stay in one whole sheet). Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until the center is nearly as crispy as the edges. Turn OFF oven, open door slightly, and let crackers dry out completely.
Step 5
Remove from oven and break apart into desired portions.
