Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 1 Medium zucchinis
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 3 tablespoons plain organic MuscleEgg egg whites
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil

Directions

Step 1
Place cauliflower and zucchini in a large food processor. Blend until very fine. Place contents on a kitchen towel and squeeze out excess water. Add back to food processor.
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined. Carefully remove blade and form patties.
Step 3
Preheat a cast iron skillet or preferred pan and melt butter. Add patties to hot pan and cook 3-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
