Ingredients

  • 3 Large whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons flax meal
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil
  • 1-1 1/4 cup dairy free unsweetened milk
  • 1 tablespoon swerve, stevia, monk fruit sweetener (keto friendly/0 NET carb)

Optional

  • 2 tablespoons sugar free/0 calorie syrup

Directions

Step 1
Combine all ingredients (except syrup) into a large bowl. Mix until smooth. Let sit for 2-3 minutes. Add more dairy free milk if batter is too thick.
Step 2
Preheat griddle or waffle iron and coat with butter or coconut oil. Cook each pancake or waffle until golden brown on both sides.
