Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 cup Kodiak Cakes "Power Cakes"
- 1 scoop vanilla or cinnamon roll protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 Large very ripe banana
- 3 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat a muffin tin with non stick spray or line with cupcake liners. | |
Step 2 | |
Add all ingredients (except walnuts) to a large bowl or stand mixer. Mix on high until well combined and smooth. | |
Step 3 | |
Divide and portion muffins into pan. Sprinkle on walnuts. Bake for 17-19 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean when poked through the center. |
