Perfect Keto Jalapeño Crisps

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grass fed cheddar cheese
  • 1 Medium jalapeno (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat.
Step 2
Add even heaped tablespoons of cheese to prepared baking sheet. Place one slice of jalapeño in the center of mound. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
Step 3
Bake on high for 7-10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are browned.
Step 4
Remove from oven and let cool completely until crisp.
