Ingredients
- 1 cup flax seeds
- 1 cup 'Pumpkin Spice' MuscleEgg egg whites
- 1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Step 1 | |
Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Soak for 3-4 hours. | |

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and line a baking sheet with a silpat or parchment paper. Evenly spread flax mixture into a thin layer. | |
Step 3 | |
Bake for 1 hour, flipping 1/2 way through cooking process. Mixture will bow up during baking. Edges will be slightly golden brown. If center of flax sheet appears crisp, remove from oven and let cool. If the center seems a bit soft still, turn oven OFF but keep flax crackers inside oven. Remove and portions into desired pieces. |
