Thai Peanut Buddha Poke Bowl (single serving)
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter (** DRESSING **)
- 2 tablespoons Pic's peanut butter (** DRESSING **)
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar (** DRESSING **)
- 1 teaspoon coconut aminos or soy sauce (** DRESSING **)
- 1/4 teaspoon grated ginger (** DRESSING **)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic (** DRESSING **)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili paste (** DRESSING **)
- 1-2 tablespoon water if needed (** DRESSING **)
- 4oz sushi grade ahi tuna
- 2 cups greens and veggies of choice
- 1 Medium avocado

Add all dressing ingredients to a small bowl.. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour dressing over greens and vegetables. Add avocado. Drizzle extra Pics peanut butter on if desired. |
