Ingredients
- 3 Large eggs (carefully separated)
- 3 heaped tablespoons mayo
- pinch salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
Directions
Step 1 | |
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silpat. | |

Add egg yolks and salt to a bowl and mix with mayo. Beat until light and fluffy. | |
Step 3 | |
Add egg whites to a large mixing bowl or stand mixer. Sprinkle on cream of tartar. Beat until stiff peaks form. | |
Step 4 | |
Gently and carefully fold egg yolk mixture into egg white mixture. Divide and portion batter into 6 even mounds onto prepared pan. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Do NOT over bake. |
