No Bake Peanut Butter Clusters

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla MuscleEgg egg whites
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 cups rolled oats

Directions

Step 1
Add all ingredients (except oats) into a large bowl. Mix well until very smooth. Stir in oats. Form and portion dough onto a lined baking sheet. Refrigerate to harden.
