Directions

In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients (Kodiak, spices, baking powder, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt. Mix well. | |

In a separate bowl or stand mixer, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Stir in pumpkin and vanilla extract. | |

Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients in three separate batches. Mix well until smooth. Cover and chill dough for at least 30 minutes. | |

When you are ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Divide and portion dough onto prepared pans. | |

Bake for 8-10 minutes. |
