Did you know that today is National Oreo Day???

Thank goodness for social media because I would have certainly missed out!!!  In honor of this very sacred day, I thought I would share a quick little cookie recipe!!!  You can easily do these with plain Oreo’s BUT I’m madly in love with the new Red Velvet ones!  Out of all the new ones that have launched in he past year, these ones have been my favorite.  The other flavors were all kind of just OK in my opinion, nothing special.  I would buy them, have a couple, and they would either go stale & end up in the trash or I didn’t buy them again.

Red Velvet though?  I think I’m on my 3rd package!!!
