“Cheesy” Garlic Soaked & Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds
Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup water
- 3 teaspoons coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
Directions

| Add pumpkin seeds and water to a mason jar or large bowl. Soak overnight. Drain and replace water. Soak overnight again. | |

| Preheat oven to 200 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drain and rinse pumpkin seeds. Pat dry and add to pan. Coat with coconut oil, powdered garlic, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper. | |

| Bake for 90 minutes. Add cooking time for desired crispness. | |
