Ingredients
- 7 Large whole eggs
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional
- 2 tablespoons Lakanto or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 handful spinach
- seasoning of choice
Directions

Add all base ingredients to a blender. For savory crepes add desired spices, seasoning, and spinach. For sweet crepes add sweetener, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Blend on high until smooth. Let sit 5 minutes. | |
Step 2 | |
Preheat an 8" pan and coat with non stick spray, butter, or coconut oil. Pour in batter and cook 2-3 minutes, flip carefully, and cook on opposite side until golden brown. | |
